The person in this role works with the operations, engineering, and quality organizations by creating software tools and systems to assist with production traceability, process error proofing, production automation, AI tools and agents, and business process automation. To be successful the candidate must be self-motivated, a quick learner, possess good communication skills, have a positive attitude, a passion for continuous improvement, innovative and be able work independently but be a team player.
Requirements
- Knowledge of SQL data base systems
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Visual Studio and .NET development systems.
- Project Management experience and understanding of the need for software and systems implementation controls
- Knowledge of shop floor control, ERP systems, AI tools and systems, and Machine Learning preferred.
- Familiar with business and manufacturing processes
- The ability to work with all levels of the organization (Operators, indirect staff, leadership)
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
