Technical Support: Respond promptly to employee inquiries via email and phone, providing clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues. Office 365, Active Directory, CompTIA No requirement but a plus
Systems Administration: Set up user accounts, manage email configurations, handle access permissions, and perform routine password resets and account unlocks.
Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, and mobile devices; manage software installations, updates, and hardware diagnostics.
Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform basic network troubleshooting and ensure data integrity through regular system backups.
Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records for tracking and reporting purposes; coordinate hardware replacements and follow up with users to ensure total issue resolution.

Technical Knowledge: Proven experience diagnosing hardware, software, and network problems within a professional IT environment.
2 years of experience providing solutions with Remote Desktop, PC/Mobile Setup, Hardware Repair, Network Basics, Backups, and Ticket Documentation.
Systems Familiarity: Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and mobile device configuration. zendesk, Jira, Anydesk, Teamviewer
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Ability to start immediately and adhere to the specified early morning shift.
