Job description

Are you an Oracle Fusion expert who loves optimizing enterprise systems, improving financial processes, and enabling business transformation? We're looking for a highly skilled Principal Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM Administrator to strategically support our finance and operations teams and ensure our Oracle Fusion platform runs at peak performance. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how our organization leverages Oracle Cloud to scale, operate efficiently, and deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do:As our Oracle Fusion leader, you will:

  • Champion the Oracle Fusion Platform
  • Ensure seamless daily operation of Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM across finance, procurement, inventory, and asset management.
  • Oversee quarterly SaaS updates, regression testing, configuration changes, and impact assessments.

Integrate & Optimize:

  • Manage and configure APIs, packaged connectors, and integrations with key telecom systems: billing, field service, IoT, GIS, CRM, HR, and more.
  • Support financial interfaces for invoicing, billing handoffs, contract entitlements, and other revenue-related processes.
  • Transform Business Operations
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Network Operations, and Asset teams to understand challenges and unlock new capabilities.
  • Recommend best practices, streamline workflows, and leverage Oracle modules to drive operational excellence.
  • Deliver High-Value Reporting
  • Design, test, and maintain Oracle reporting solutions to meet evolving finance and operational needs.
  • Troubleshoot and update reports as organizational structures change.
  • Ensure Security, Compliance & Reliability
  • Lead system administration, change control, and SOX IT General Controls.
  • Conduct platform audits and maintain data integrity and security policies.
  • Work with Infrastructure teams on upgrades, patching, and high availability for critical systems., Why This Role Matters

Requirements

Do you have experience in System administration?, * 7-10 years hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, supporting accounting and supply chain teams.

  • Proven success administering and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, inventory, supply chain, and field service heavy operations.

Technical Strengths:

  • Skilled in Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC), including APIs, middleware, and packaged connectors.
  • Experience with ERP/SCM integrations across telecom, construction, or field service environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud administration, high availability, and downtime minimizing strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Clear, confident communication across finance, operations, and technical teams.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Experience in SOX compliant, publicly traded environments (preferred).

Certifications:

  • Relevant Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM certifications (preferred but not required with comparable experience).
