Epic RTE Analyst

Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading healthcare system to place an Epic RTE Analyst on a contract basis with strong potential for extensions and conversion. This is an immediate need backfill role supporting a rising ticket backlog and eligibility maintenance workload. The right candidate will have deep, hands on Real Time Eligibility experience with Epic Prelude and be ready to contribute from day one., * Troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support of Real Time Eligibility and related Epic modules

• Plan mapping, query chaining, and benefit filing
• Production support for eligibility workflows
• Address backlog of tickets requiring specialized RTE expertise

• Deep hands on Real Time Eligibility experience with Epic Prelude is required
• RTE must be the primary focus of recent work history
• Experience with eligibility troubleshooting, plan mapping, query chaining, benefit filing, and production support
• Candidates with background primarily in billing, Resolute, or general revenue cycle will not be considered
• Must currently reside in an approved state (AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MS, MO, OK, SD, TX, UT, or WV)
• COVID and flu vaccine required, exemptions allowed
