Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring our compliance and benefits administration run smoothly. You will be the backbone of our administrative processes, from onboarding to payroll, and will act as a right-hand to the HR Manager on high-impact special projects., * Compliance & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process for I-9 documentation and E-Verify to ensure 100% legal compliance.

  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with enrollment and inquiries regarding Health Insurance, FMLA, and 401k plans.
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll and maintain employee records using QuickBooks.
  • HR Systems Management: Maintain and update employee data within our internal HRIS/HR systems.
  • Special Projects: Support the HR Manager with strategic initiatives, process improvements, and key HR projects as needed.
