Install, rack, stack, cable, label, and ground switches, routers, WAPs, and UPS systems
Patch copper and fiber cabling per TIA/EIA standards
Assist with device configuration and firmware updates under the engineer's guidance
Perform physical layer troubleshooting (fiber testing, link validation)
Support secure device deployment for NIPR and SIPR environments
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections (PMIs)
Document asset tagging, labeling, and inventory updates
Support Tier 2 ticket resolution and on-site troubleshooting
Assist the NOC when on-site hands-on activities are required

Associate's degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent military training)
2-4 years of network installation/support experience
Experience working in classified or government facilities preferred
Experience working with US Air Force structure (preferred)

Certifications:

CompTIA Network+ or equivalent
