A majority of positions fall within the following experience guidelines:

SWE 0 - no demonstrated experience required with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

SWE 1 - 7+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 11 years of experience

SWE 2 - 14+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 18 years of experience

SWE 3 - 20+ years relevant experience and Bachelor's degree; in lieu of degree, 24 years of experience
Desired Skills:
Experience working in an Agile development team/environment, conducting sprint planning, etc.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 94,000 to 258,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
