Drives reliability culture, system adoption, and continuous improvement across the enterprise

Works cross-functionally with Business Units, Operations, Maintenance, IT, Finance, and Manufacturing Technology teams

Lead, coach, and implement Equipment Reliability system components (Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, CMMS)

Support Condition-Based Monitoring and Reliability-Centered Maintenance initiatives

Develop standards and guide plant teams through system implementation

Promote ownership and accountability for reliability across all sites

Identify and communicate opportunities to improve OEE and productivity

Leverage cross-functional resources (Engineering, IT, Finance) to drive sustainable improvements

Requirements
reliability engineering, Manufacturing engineering, equipment reliability, maintenance, Bachelor's Degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5 years' experience in Equipment Reliability, Maintenance, or Engineering

Experienced leading and facilitating cross-functional improvement teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
