IT Contract Technician

• Support the development of legal agreements
• Draft and execute annual contract renewals, contract amendments, and execution of new technology-related purchase and vendor services agreements.
• Receives and responds to requests for information related to IT Solutions-managed contracts; and assists with routing of contracts and related documents through digital signature systems.
• Update spreadsheet/databases
• Respond to and resolve contract-related inquiries from internal customers and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of computer equipment and software, MS Office Suite and digital signature systems
• Ability to conduct internet research efficiently
• Data entry and file management

• Associate's degree from an accredited college with major coursework in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field; or relevant work experience.
• Experience with and ability to operate basic office software including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and digital signature software.
• Experience with online financial systems.
• General knowledge of government procurement policies.
• Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external customers and vendors, including Technical Writing Skills.
• Exceptional ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks efficiently
