Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows-based environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and working directly with users both onsite and remotely. This person will also help identify, track, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities, support patching efforts, and assist with maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment., * Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users

  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, and software issues
  • Monitor vulnerability scan results and support remediation efforts
  • Patch and update user endpoints to address identified vulnerabilities
  • Work with internal IT teams to resolve security and support issues promptly
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and maintain proper documentation
  • Assist with security audits, endpoint compliance, and technical procedures
  • Support users through remote support tools when needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Windows IT support, desktop support, helpdesk, or endpoint administration
  • Experience supporting end users in a corporate IT environment
  • Experience with vulnerability remediation or endpoint security support
  • Familiarity with tools such as Nessus, MECM, and Intune
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
