Sr Salesforce Health Cloud Developer - US Citizens Only

Seeking a Sr Salesforce Health Cloud Developer to lead and support the customization, integration, and optimization of Salesforce-based healthcare systems. This role blends technical development with UI/workflow design and system integration across critical health data platforms, within a government-cleared environment., * Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud customizations using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage multiple data interfaces
• Collaborate with Admins and stakeholders to improve user workflows and system efficiency
• Support vendor software installations, upgrades, and patches; conduct system compatibility testing
• Lead a small team to bring software development in-house
• Monitor workflows, resolve technical issues, and escalate risks appropriately
• Participate in agile sprints using Jira and DevOps CI/CD toolsets

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance (Interim & Final)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical field
• 3+ years of general application development experience
• 2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Health Cloud required
• Salesforce Platform App Builder & Platform Developer I Certifications
• Proficient in JavaScript, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, REST/SOAP
• Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Aura framework, OmniScript, Einstein Analytics
• Background in healthcare systems or government contracting
