Job description
- Maintain consistency across application system configurations and support smooth deployment and operation
- Document system configurations, applications, and integrations to ensure clarity and continuity
- Define data standards and translate them into actionable configuration guidelines
- Identify system requirements, including property interfaces, data needs, hardware standards, and configurations
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and templates to streamline repetitive configuration tasks
- Prepare handoff materials and support documentation while ensuring adherence to IT and company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point-of-sale, retail, hospitality, and Microsoft Productivity Suite
- Strong knowledge of specific applications and integrations, including Opera Cloud and Oracle SIM2
- Experience working with APIs to automate tasks and configure applications
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell to create utility-based platforms
- Experience with DevOps concepts, such as continuous integration/deployment and source code control, including GitLab
- Experience with SharePoint and configuration automation platforms such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus
- Ability to work, evening, overnight and weekend hours during installations
Benefits & conditions
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $100,700 - $136,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
