Job description

  • Conduct research projects and perform data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite and other systems/apps.
  • Evaluate business processes to identify performance gaps, assess operational risks, and recommend improvements that strengthen overall efficiency.
  • Analyze production and operational activities to recommend ways to reduce waste, improve throughput, and support audit readiness.
  • Build and update essential documentation such as process maps, SOPs, internal controls, and POAMs to support project and compliance requirements.
  • Support project managers by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and helping drive project goals in a client-facing environment.
  • Travel to client sites worldwide to support hands-on project execution and ensure operational objectives are met.

Requirements

UnityTec is seeking entry-level Data Analysts with prior logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience. Candidates who have worked in environments such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx,, distribution centers, shipping/receiving, forklift operations, and inventory control will excel in this role. Experience understanding workflow, inventory movement, throughput, and operational efficiency translates directly into the analytical work performed on our projects.
