Job description

We are seeking a temporary HRIS Analyst to support our transition to Workday in Greenville, SC. This role requires strong HRIS experience and a proactive approach to both implementation and data analysis, with a pay rate starting at $30 per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Support HRIS implementation and system transitions
  • Develop advanced reports and dashboards
  • Analyze data trends and perform root cause analysis
  • Configure business rules and workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues

Requirements

  • Strong HRIS experience, especially with Workday
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail with large datasets
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
