SAP- ERP Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Manager to guide cross-functional workshops documenting current ("As-Is") SAP-supported business processes and facilitating future-state envisioning sessions to support decision making for possible migration to an alternate ERP platform., * Lead structured workshops across Finance, Procurement, Budget, HR, Payroll, Asset Management, and related enterprise functions.

• Document current-state SAP-supported workflows, integrations, and operational pain points.
• Identify process, system, governance, and training gaps.
• Facilitate future-state envisioning sessions aligned with modernization objectives.
• Develop:
• Process maps
• Gap analysis documentation
• Functional and technical requirements
• Modernization roadmap recommendations
• Collaborate with executive leadership and ERP subject matter experts.
• Produce executive-ready presentations and consolidated findings.

The ideal candidate possesses deep familiarity with SAP environments, exposure to other ERP platforms (Oracle, Workday, etc) and demonstrated experience translating operational insights into actionable modernization requirements., * Minimum 7 years ERP experience.

• Minimum 3 years direct SAP functional exposure (ECC and/or S/4HANA).
• Experience with alternate ERP environments (Oracle, Workday, etc)
• Demonstrated experience leading ERP modernization or system assessment workshops.
• Strong understanding of SAP-supported financial and operational processes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into structured ERP requirements.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP upgrade or ERP replacement initiatives.
• Local or state government ERP experience.
• Familiarity with data migration and reporting requirements in SAP environments.
