Job description

  • Lead HRIS-related initiatives, including system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide data analysis supporting compensation, performance, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics for leadership
  • Support the administration of annual compensation processes, including merit planning, bonus programs, and incentive plans
  • Assist with compensation-related projects such as market benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and job evaluations
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, validation processes, and issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Analyze HR and compensation data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support external salary surveys and benchmarking activities

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS & Rewards Analyst to support human resources systems, analytics, and total rewards programs. This role plays a key part in optimizing HR technology, improving processes, and delivering data-driven insights to support organizational decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR systems, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of compensation and benefits practices., * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, Information Technology, or related field required.

  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and related modules.
  • 5+ years of experience in total rewards, HR analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams and time zones.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site organizations
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and survey participation
  • Exposure to process improvement or HR system optimization initiatives
