Raytheon is seeking a UAE Patriot Program Integration Leader to join the Global Patriot program management team. You will be responsible for coordinating program teams in their execution efforts on UAE development, production, and sustainment contracts. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices, and assist with providing tactical direction for program execution, maintaining program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools using EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etc. You will also be expected to work closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, functional team members, and other business units to ensure alignment and consistency through key portfolio initiatives as well as work through various stages of program execution including proposal development and negotiations, program startup, program execution and program closeout.
What You Will Do
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, consistent with program requirements and company policies
- Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by directors and program leadership teams to drive program success.
- Oversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage working with program leads and CPTs on corrective actions.
- Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
- Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system to ensure complete and timely closure of action items.
- Oversight of Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for PMO efforts
- Ensure timely and effective IPDS gate process compliance.
- Provide guidance to program leads on the implementation of risk and opportunity management.
- Lead proposal and startup activities
- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures.
- Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits.
- Manage the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
- Support contract proposal process to include bidding, gating, negotiation, and contract definitization, and start-up efforts.
- Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed, to include travel to Huntsville, Alabama and Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
- Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools
- Experience with any of the following: EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development
Qualifications We Prefer
- Program Management Level 6 certification or ability to achieve within 6 months.
- Prior experience as an IPT lead, program integrator, material program manager or program manager
- Certified BOE developer / approver
- Experience on Patriot programs
- Life cycle Sustainment experience

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
