Job description
We are seeking a forward-thinking and transformative leader as Senior Director, Enterprise Systems. This leader will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and execution of our entire enterprise application portfolio. The ideal candidate is a visionary who can build and scale our business systems, centered on our CRM and ERP ecosystems, while spearheading our corporate AI and automation initiatives. This role is critical to driving efficiency, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across the company. Responsibilities: Strategic & Technology Leadership
- Develop and execute a cohesive, multi-year strategy for the company's enterprise application portfolio, ensuring tight alignment with evolving business objectives.
- Lead the corporate AI strategy, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions for enterprise search, no-code agents, and other intelligent applications to drive tangible business value.
- Champion a culture of automation, leveraging low-code and integration platforms to streamline business processes and connect disparate systems.
- Provide executive oversight for all core business platforms, centered on our CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (NetSuite) ecosystems, and extending to systems supporting HR, Legal, and Marketing.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor of architects, developers, and administrators, building a high-performing team, accountability and delivery excellence.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business partners, translating complex business needs into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with key software vendors, implementation partners, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery and platform support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Systems, Business Applications, or a similar field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership with people management role.
- Deep domain expertise in enterprise-scale CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (NetSuite preferred) ecosystems, with a broad understanding of interconnected business processes.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing a corporate AI strategy, with knowledge of current AI/ML trends and their practical business applications.
- Proven track record of leveraging low-code/iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft) to drive significant automation and integration.
- Experience managing systems across multiple business functions (e.g., HRIS, Legal tech, Martech).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with M&A activities, including the due diligence and integration of disparate business application landscapes, is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
