Are you ready to help shape the future of sustainable manufacturing? This newly created role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of RHI Magnesita's recycling initiatives. As part of a fast-moving and collaborative team, you'll drive the logistics and coordination that make our recycling pipeline work-from sample sourcing to processor engagement and cost analysis.
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations, responsible for executing top-notch quality assurance functions. Your duties include inspecting incoming raw materials and in-process materials, meticulously documenting the batching, mixing, and manufacturing process, maintaining product consistency and quality, and conducting final inspections of finished products before shipment to our valued customers.
What You'll Do
- Adhere to stringent safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Conduct thorough inspections and rigorous testing of raw materials, meticulously assessing them for compliance with specifications.
- Execute in-process testing procedures to guarantee the quality and acceptability of products at each production stage.
- Conduct precise physical testing of the final products, assuring their adherence to stringent specifications.
- Perform meticulous final inspections of finished products, ensuring they meet or exceed specified standards.
- Maintain meticulous records of tests and provide essential product information as required by the organization.
- Cultivate a clean and secure laboratory working environment to facilitate accurate testing and analysis.
- Conduct daily precast audits, watch the process closely and recording the temperatures and flows of the precast products.

Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Ability to operate and maintain laboratory instruments proficiently.
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required.
