Job description
- Migrating Mac and PC laptops between AD domains
- Perform backups of user data
- Setup and maintain end-user devices including workstations, peripherals, etc. to support business growth and initiatives.
- Configure wireless networking, printing, mapping network drives and other common connectivity configurations
- Set-up AD accounts in Azure EntraID, including MFA
- Providing excellent customer service to our users
Requirements
- Ability to follow defined processes and instructions
- Strong background in end user computing to include support of endpoint infrastructure and peripherals.
- 1 or more years of relevant experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting of Windows and MacOS desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures and tools.
