Job description

  • Migrating Mac and PC laptops between AD domains
  • Perform backups of user data
  • Setup and maintain end-user devices including workstations, peripherals, etc. to support business growth and initiatives.
  • Configure wireless networking, printing, mapping network drives and other common connectivity configurations
  • Set-up AD accounts in Azure EntraID, including MFA
  • Providing excellent customer service to our users

Requirements

  • Ability to follow defined processes and instructions
  • Strong background in end user computing to include support of endpoint infrastructure and peripherals.
  • 1 or more years of relevant experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting of Windows and MacOS desktop/laptop hardware and software.
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures and tools.
