Data Systems Analysts, Inc (DSA) has an opening for a System Engineer to support the Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) National Gateway Centers' (NGCs) Command and Control (C2) Messaging Interoperability mission. This role provides hands-on systems and network engineering support to sustain and enhance OMS backbone and support systems, ensuring reliable, secure, interoperable messaging services for DoD, the Intelligence Community, other U.S. Government users, and allied/coalition partners., The selected candidate will be responsible for working with a team of cybersecurity professionals supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) program. The selected candidate will apply patches and change system configurations (to include the Group/Local Policy and Windows registry). Responsibilities include resolving security findings on systems, deploying Endpoint Security Solution (ESS) modules, supporting the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process by providing responses to security controls and gathering evidence, ensuring compliance of systems with the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Scans and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs).
Requirements

- Candidate must hold a DoD 8140 qualified certification (example CompTIA Security+).
- Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Active Directory, including deploying changes via Group/Local Policy and the Registry.
- Candidate must have experience utilizing PowerShell Script and batch commands.
- Experience with DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
- Candidate must demonstrate an attention to detail.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Clearance Required
- Candidate must have current Secret and be able to obtain a TS/SSBI with SCI clearance., * System Administration experience a plus.
- Experience with CYBERCOM's Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) notices a plus.
- Experience with installing and configuring DISA's Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) is a plus.
- Experience with DoD's Endpoint Security Solution (ESS) (previously HBSS) a plus.
- Working knowledge of public key infrastructure and encryption systems a plus.
