Citrix/VDI Engineer (Hybrid)

• Review platform health, alerts, and escalations across Citrix, remote access, VDI, and endpoints
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning endpoint, security, network, and virtual platforms
• Perform deep technical analysis on configuration, security, certificate, and network changes

• Proficiency with Citrix virtual apps and desktops (on prem & cloud), including XenApp/XenDesktop, NetScaler, StoreFront, Windows Server, Active Directory, HA, performance tuning, and security
• Experience with secure remote access/Zero Trust technologies such as Zscaler (or equivalent), VPN technologies, and migration from legacy remote access models
• Familiarity with VDI and endpoint platforms, including Windows workstation platforms, VDI integration, and cross platform dependency awareness
• Knowledge of enterprise networking and security integration, including firewalls, certificates, TLS, access controls, traffic routing, and security tooling as they impact endpoints and remote access, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is desirable
• Relevant certifications in Citrix, VDI, or networking technologies are preferred
