Test Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our innovative team. • Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
• Collect and analyze data from testing activities to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot defects, recommend corrective actions, and verify resolution effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, test results, and non-conformance reports for continuous quality management.
• Support the implementation of QA/QC initiatives that enhance overall product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, * Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, quality management systems, and industry standards.

• Proven experience in conducting quality audits, inspections, and control activities within manufacturing environments.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with quality systems software and data collection tools used in manufacturing settings.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis of processes to identify root causes of defects or non-conformities.
• Effective communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with diverse teams.
