- Drive cross-functional execution readiness for customer projects, retrofit, certification updates, and scale programs.
- Track structured milestone tracking, critical path items and enforce recovery plans
- Lead structured program reviews (weekly tactical + monthly executive reviews+ program reviews).
- Ensure zero-gap handoffs between Commercial Product Engineering Manufacturing Field.
Cross-functional Integration
- Ensure engineering deliverables are aligned with operational build readiness.
- Partner with Manufacturing / Contract manufacturer to align build plans with material availability and capacity.
- Drive production readiness reviews (PRR), manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR), and release gates.
- Ensure process controls, change management discipline, and configuration control are maintained.
- Identify scale bottlenecks (labor, tooling, supplier capacity, testing infrastructure).
