Functional Architect - Columbus, OH - Remote

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect/Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role will drive end-to-end implementation using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and other enterprise tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and business-aligned solutions., * Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from design to deployment and support

• Design and implement solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, M365, and Gemini
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, data modelers, SMEs, and stakeholders across the enterprise
• Ensure seamless integration of multiple products and services to meet business needs
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams on data and application design strategies
• Define and execute testing, deployment, and implementation plans
• Provide regular updates on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
• Oversee Tier 3 support, including upgrades, patches, and performance improvements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks
• Drive best practices, governance, and adoption of AI solutions across teams
• Act as a technical advisor to leadership on system design and engineering decisions
• Create high-level and detailed technical design documentation
• Support team management activities including resourcing, mentoring, and performance reviews

• Strong experience in enterprise AI solution development and architecture
• Hands-on expertise with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform, and M365
• Familiarity with Gemini or other GenAI platforms
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise ecosystems
• Solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with production support, release management, and governance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, * Experience with AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Prior experience in leading teams or managing AI programs
