Platform Specialist

We're looking for a Platform Specialist to help scale and operationalize our low-code automation and agentic capabilities across the firm. This role sits at the intersection of platform strategy, technical delivery, and developer enablement. You'll work hands-on with our predominantly Microsoft and Databricks based stack to create reusable templates, rapidly spin up proofs of concept, and support teams building low code agents, workflows, and automations on top of our platforms., * Design and maintain reusable templates, starter kits, and reference patterns for low-code automations and agents

• Rapidly build proofs of concept (POCs) to validate use cases and demonstrate platform capabilities
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for developers and citizen builders
• Define and promote recommended technical delivery patterns across platforms
• Partner with product and strategy leads to shape the technical delivery approach for automations and agents
• Enable adoption and facilitate training of tools including Copilot Studio, Power Platform Suite, Databricks, and agent frameworks
• Act as a bridge between platform engineering, data teams, and builders to ensure scalable solutions
• Support integration patterns across data, APIs, identity, and security controls
• Contribute to platform documentation, enablement materials, and internal best practices
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and features to evolve platform capabilities
• Act as a platform subject matter expert across one or more low code and AI agent platforms (e.g., Databricks Genie, Agent Bricks, Copilot, Writer.com, Agentforce), providing hands on technical guidance throughout the full solution lifecycle without being constrained to a single vendor or toolset.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, analytics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in digital delivery roles, platform engineering, solution architecture or automation.
• Strong understanding of platform lifecycle management, operating models, and value realization in large, regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor with broad influence - guiding reams, shaping standards, and making high-impact technical and governance decisions with minimal oversight.
• Experience partnering with architecture, security, legal, and executive stakeholders to balance innovation, risk and strategic outcomes.
• Agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques.

What could set you apart:

• 11+ years of experience in digital delivery roles, platform engineering, solution architecture or automation.
• Advanced certifications or training related to cloud platforms, low-code development, architecture, or platform governance.
• Experience shaping or influencing enterprise platform strategy, including roadmap definition, investment prioritization, or adoption planning for low-code and automation capabilities.
• Expertise with multiple enterprise low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce Platform/Agentforce, or comparable tools), including comparative strengths, limitations, and governance considerations.
• Experience establishing or scaling platform enablement models such as standards libraries, reusable patterns, learning paths, or champion communities.
• Exposure to platform telemetry, adoption metrics, or portfolio-level reporting used to assess delivery quality, risk, and realized business value.
