Job description
- Leading cross-functional teams through implementation phases, including data migration, testing, and training.
- Troubleshooting and resolving Cloud based ERP system issues, including software errors, user access problems, and functionality glitches.
- Customizing and modifying Cloud based ERP system modules according to user requirements.
- Providing clear guidance and instructions to end users for system usage, troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Apprise/Aptean Cloud based ERP platform a plus
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
· Proficiency in Crystal Reports, Bartender and other related software.
· Experience with Progress 4GL, Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
