• Perform intermediate troubleshooting for systems, servers, and applications, utilizing established tools and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Conduct entry-level troubleshooting for IP network devices and backbone transports, adhering to established protocols.
• Collaborate with the advanced support team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify replacement hardware components and accurately match them to their corresponding part numbers.
• Provide training and guidance to other operators, fostering innovation and encouraging feedback.
• Apply systems analysis techniques to identify software issues and recommend solutions to management.
• Address hardware and software problems without reliance on scripts or predefined troubleshooting guides.
• Document processes for maintaining and adapting company software to evolving site environments.
• Travel up to 50% in the US for onsite IT Support.

This role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of network and system infrastructure.
