Job description
- Perform intermediate troubleshooting for systems, servers, and applications, utilizing established tools and procedures with minimal supervision.
- Conduct entry-level troubleshooting for IP network devices and backbone transports, adhering to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the advanced support team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify replacement hardware components and accurately match them to their corresponding part numbers.
- Provide training and guidance to other operators, fostering innovation and encouraging feedback.
- Apply systems analysis techniques to identify software issues and recommend solutions to management.
- Address hardware and software problems without reliance on scripts or predefined troubleshooting guides.
- Document processes for maintaining and adapting company software to evolving site environments.
- Travel up to 50% in the US for onsite IT Support.
Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Hardware Analyst to join our team in Piedmont, South Carolina. This role involves providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of network and system infrastructure. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of computer networking and hardware systems., * Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and systems analysis.
- Willing and able to Travel up to 50% in the US for onsite IT Support.
