The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program, Global Marketing is looking for students who want an opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Global Marketing at SAP. As a STAR Intern, you'll embark on a multi-year journey with SAP, staying with us until you graduate. This unique model allows you to rotate through various marketing teams, giving you the chance to experience multiple roles and discover what you enjoy most.
Interns will become a part of a digital-first, modern marketing workforce that optimizes contribution to the business through a data-driven understanding of the market and customer journey - from lead generation to adoption, consumption, and renewal. In addition to your rotations, you'll benefit from the STAR Program's guided mentorship, soft skills training, speaker sessions with Global Marketing Leadership, and a full range of formal trainings on SAP's core technology stack, all while you support and contribute to the strategy and priorities of your rotational team.
Work Model:
The STAR Program is committed to a hybrid work model.
- During the summer, interns are expected to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) and be present in the office 3 days per week.
- During the academic school year students are fully virtual/remote and commit to a part-time schedule(10 hours per week minimum).

You are…, Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program within the Marketing field of study at a university local to the Seattle/Bellevue area with a targeted graduation date in 2028
- Have experience working full-time during the summer, and working part-time during the school year
- Interested in pursuing a long-term internship schedule with full-time hours while on summer break, and with part-time hours during the academic year
- Adaptable, proactive, curious, and have a desire to learn
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Excellent at communicating (in English, additional languages a plus)
- Live with-in 30 miles of the SAP Bellevue office
- Able to work both in the SAP Bellevue office and remote, in a hybrid capacity
