Senior Software Engineer - Rust

The engineering team is heavily focused on reliability, scalability and performance, with Rust being a core part of the stack. The role includes:

• Building and scaling Back End services in Rust
• Designing distributed systems handling Real Time data flows
• Improving system throughput and reliability
• Working on infrastructure used across trading, payments and blockchain systems
• Optimising performance in latency-sensitive environments

• 3+ years Back End engineering experience
• Strong commercial Rust experience
• Experience with distributed systems or high-scale Back End services
• Interest in performance-focused engineering environments
