Job description

Software is the central nervous system for True Anomaly's engineering and product thesis. Software bridges the gap between military objectives, theoretical astrodynamics and the human and autonomous control of spacecraft and ground systems in time and space. True Anomaly is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to contribute across our React/TypeScript frontend and Elixir backend, building features end-to-end across our spacecraft mission control and distributed ground control systems., * Assist in building features that span the full stack, from web-based frontend interfaces (2D and 3D) to distributed backend services powering satellite command and control, mission planning, and data processing

  • Write testable and maintainable code across both React/TypeScript and Elixir codebases following industry best practices
  • Work on smaller, well-defined tasks under the guidance of senior engineers, gaining depth across the stack
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including space operators, designers, frontend specialists, backend specialists, and astrodynamics algorithm engineers
  • Participate in design and code reviews to continually improve code quality across both frontend and backend systems, * Work Location- This is an onsite position, successful candidates will be located near Long Beach, CA or Denver, CO.
  • Work environment-the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job.
