Job description

As a Customer 360 Solution Architect, you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, end-to-end Customer 360 solutions that unify data across the enterprise. You will be a valued member of the architecture and data team and work collaboratively with business units, marketing, product, and IT stakeholders to bring a unified customer vision to life.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and deliver end-to-end Customer 360 architecture across ingestion, processing, identity resolution, and consumption layers
  • Design unified customer data models, including payer-user-product relationships, householding, and cross-business unit linkage
  • Establish batch and real-time data integration frameworks to capture customer interactions across multiple channels
  • Architect identity resolution capabilities, including match/merge logic and survivorship rules
  • Integrate multi-source data (CRM, billing, digital platforms, marketing systems, and third-party data providers) into a cohesive ecosystem

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Customer 360, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
  • Proven expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and modern integration patterns
  • Experience designing identity stitching, matching, and merging frameworks for customer data
  • Hands-on experience integrating enterprise data sources such as CRM, billing, marketing, and digital platforms
  • Experience aligning Customer 360 solutions with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., lakehouse or medallion architectures)

These will help you stand out

  • Experience evaluating and implementing CDP/MDM platforms or custom-built Customer 360 solutions
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and customer engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar
  • Ability to translate complex data architecture into business value and actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
