Job description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Management (MDM) Solution Specialist with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Master Data solutions that support data governance, data quality, and enterprise-wide business process efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on SAP professional who can collaborate across technical and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable SAP solutions., * Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations, with a primary focus on Master Data Management (MDM) configurations and best practices

  • Utilize SAP Activate methodology to drive project execution across all phases: Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs for master data governance

  • Configure and manage SAP Master Data objects including:

  • Material Master

  • Customer Master

  • Vendor Master

  • Business Partner

  • Financial Master Data

Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and EWM to maintain end-to-end data consistency

Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities

Support system testing efforts including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP Master Data issues, providing post-go-live support and continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with data governance standards, policies, and data quality frameworks

Stay current on SAP S/4HANA enhancements and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management implementation and support
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies and Agile project management principles
  • Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
