Career TEAM is a leading workforce development organization on a mission to transform lives. We blend cutting-edge technology with compassionate, high-touch services to drive real, measurable outcomes in the lives of job seekers across the country. At Career TEAM, we're solving today's unemployment challenges with smart software, world-class trainers, dedicated case managers, dynamic job developers, and innovative partners. If you're passionate about making a difference and believe in the power of technology to transform lives, you'll feel right at home here., At Career Team, our mission is to empower one person, start one career, and serve one family at a time. We do this through innovative software solutions and high-touch services.
We're the only workforce technology company that also runs workforce boards as a managed services operator. When a state partners with us, they get more than software - they get the operating playbook we've built running boards across the country.
As the Director of Workforce Transformation, you'll be the human face of this competitive advantage and bring that playbook to life for our state customers. You won't just configure software to match the way things have always been done. Instead, you'll sit with state leaders and local workforce boards, look honestly at how they serve job seekers and employers today, and help them redesign the model - people, process, and platform together.
What You'll Own:
- You'll partner directly with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive "process autopsies"- dissecting current workflows to keep what works and remove what doesn't. You'll lead investigative sessions to hunt down bottlenecks and outdated relics, ultimately architecting a bigger, bolder vision for our customers to serve their community.
- Once the vision is determined, you'll be our primary technology translator, acting as the bridge between a customer's "I wish we could…" and our system's "Here's how we do it." You'll help our customers configure and launch tools that don't just look good on paper, but actually tackle their toughest daily hurdles.
- You'll use your workforce experience and expertise to see the big picture while also understanding the nuances and tiny details of the business. You'll turn high-level workforce directives (referral processes, case management, programmatic financial tracking, labor exchange requirements, etc.) into clear technical process flows inside Career Edge.
- We don't do "tech for tech's sake." You'll guide workforce boards to move past just using a new tool and help them master it to change lives. You're workforce expertise is the secret ingredient that turns a digital platform into a community superpower., Health and Safety information, such as health conditions (if relevant to your employment), job restrictions, workplace illness and injury information, and health insurance policy information; Information Systems (IS) information, such as your search history, browsing history, login information, and IP addresses on the Company's information systems and networks; Biometric information, such as facial recognition, fingerprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, or other physical patterns; and Geolocation data, such as time and physical location related to use of an internet website, application, device, or physical access to a Company office location.
