IT Operations Manager (all genders)

• Responsible for managing and maintaining security-critical IT infrastructure across multiple countries.
• A reliable, scalable hybrid IT environment (on-premise infrastructure combined with cloud services where it makes sense)
• Stable and well-maintained on-prem systems, networks, and workplace infrastructure
• Clear and enforceable IT processes, standards, and documentation
• Efficient IT service delivery and user support across the organization
• Prioritization and workload management in a resource-constrained environment
• IT budget ownership (planning, cost control, vendor and supplier management)
• Leading a small internal team and coordinating external IT service providers
• Defining and executing a pragmatic IT roadmap aligned with operational needs and company growth
• Ensuring operational stability, system performance, and continuous improvement across all IT domains

• Proven experience leading a small IT or infrastructure team
• Experience managing IT budgets and external vendors
• Strong understanding of IT operations and service management (ITIL-aligned)
• Solid experience with Microsoft 365, identity, and endpoint management (incl. Apple environments)
• Experience managing incidents and driving improvements
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, routing, segmentation basics)
• Solid Linux administration knowledge (operations, patching, maintenance)
• Comfortable working in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments
• Strong prioritization skills and pragmatic communication style

Nice to have

• Automation mindset (PowerShell, Bash)
• Configuration management (e.g. Ansible, Puppet)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure providers
• Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g. Docker)
• Experience scaling IT in a growing company
