Product Owner - Counterparty Data Management System (uCOIN) - all genders

Drive continuous enhancements with our digital team, customers, Business Intelligence solutions and Erste Group Banks

Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog and plan the sprints and releases with your digital team including related budgets

You have a clear product vision, define acceptance criteria and KPIs, and assure they are regularly monitored

Drive and influence strategic discussions and decisions regarding uCOIN

Ensure clear and transparent communication, you foster open, honest, and timely feedback culture in the team and with your colleagues

Continuously improve your solution considering customer and user experience

Ensure efficiency and compliance with the given regulatory framework

At least three years of professional experience as Product Owner in agile projects or in similar product environment

Ideally a university degree in IT, economics, or banking & finance ( i.e., BA or MA)

A positive, entrepreneurial, and agile spirit, you like to accept challenging tasks

Exceptional knowledge and understanding of data management, digital technologies, and regulatory framework

Great communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

You act self-accountable and solution-oriented with hands-on mindset

You have high social competence, and you like to open doors for new business opportunities

Fluent in English and have at least a good understanding of German
