Embedded Software Engineer C/C++

This role may also involve software adaptation and refactoring activities in order to facilitate integration and improve maintainability of the existing code base. Key Responsibilities Design & Development Design, develop, and maintain high-quality embedded software in C/C++ Integrate networking stacks and secure protocols into embedded devices Improve and refactor existing software architecture Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery Testing & Validation Perform testing and validation of embedded systems to ensure: Reliability Performance Security Develop and execute: Unit tests Integration tests System tests Conduct code reviews and identify vulnerabilities Documentation & Compliance Maintain clear documentation for designs, specifications, and testing procedures Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal processes, and best practices

Strong experience in C and C++ embedded development Experience with STM32 M4 MPU family Good understanding of real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS) and microcontrollers Proven experience in embedded software engineering Experience with hardware/software integration Good knowledge of low-level drivers and device interfaces Experience in defense, aerospace, or mission-critical environments is a strong asset Fluent in English French is a strong plus
