Job description
You will play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering the digital data and architecture strategy supporting manufacturing, laboratories and patient supply operations. Working in a global and highly regulated environment, you will define standards, guide transformation programs and ensure secure, integrated and high-quality data solutions. You will balance strategic vision with practical delivery, lead a talented team, and partner closely with business leaders and technology experts to move the organization forward in an increasingly digital and industrial landscape.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a diverse, international team of digital technology, data and architecture professionals, closely connected to manufacturing, laboratories, infrastructure and transformation teams. You will collaborate with senior leaders, internal experts and external partners, gaining access to world-class knowledge while influencing how digital solutions are designed and adopted across patient supply.
What you'll do
- Define, own and communicate the digital data and architecture strategy for manufacturing, laboratories and patient supply, including roadmaps and standards
- Lead and prioritise a portfolio of data and technology initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and aligned with business value
- Drive integration, standardisation and simplification of the digital application landscape across patient supply
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, secure and compliant digital solutions
- Lead and develop data and architecture professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous learning
- Ensure high levels of data integrity, cybersecurity awareness and compliance within regulated industrial environments
Requirements
Do you have experience in Manufacturing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in a relevant field such as information systems, engineering or data-related disciplines
- At least 7 years of experience in digital technology roles within global, regulated manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong background in data strategy, application architecture and complex system integration
- Experience leading international programs and managing diverse teams and external partners
- Ability to influence, navigate ambiguity and bring people on board around a shared digital vision
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, laboratory or supply chain processes and data usage
