ERP Application Specialist

Excellent opportunity to join an international organisation and support the upcoming modernisation of their ERP landscape as the primary representative for Germany, France, Denmark, and the Netherlands.

This company utilises renewable technology to directly convert sunlight into electricity. They currently have a centralised team in their Italy HQ who handle the company's ERP landscape, and they are introducing IFS as a new system. They are therefore looking for a professional to come in and support this transition.

In this role, you will support the team in Italy with this transition to IFS. Serving as the primary ERP representative, you will support onboarding & offboarding, as well as conduct training and consultations. You will be the interface to internal stakeholders, analysing problems across the different business units & countries whilst maintaining contracts, logs and master data., Conduct training and consultations for ERP use Support system-side on/offboarding and maintain master data Analyse and resolve ERP problems Interface between ERP team and internal stakeholder requirements Upgrade and expand new modules

Do you have experience in Procurement?, The ideal candidate will be experienced with ERP platforms, particularly IFS, and have an understanding of processes within the procurement, supply chain and operations departments. You will have a background in application support and business systems analysis, as well as have fluent proficiency in both German and English., Knowledge of ERP processes and databases Hands-on experience with ERP platform Fluent English & German proficiency Experience in managing technical assets or master data
