You will operate in a high-complexity environment where prioritization, alignment, and execution discipline determine whether AI creates isolated success cases, or sustained enterprise value. What makes this role different Most AI leadership roles focus either on strategy definition or delivery oversight. This role connects both. You will be responsible for ensuring that AI moves through the entire lifecycle: from opportunity identification * prioritization * execution * adoption * value realization. You will:
- Define how AI initiatives are structured as a portfolio of investment priorities
- Decide what should be scaled, paused, or stopped based on strategic value and feasibility
- Align AI initiatives with enterprise transformation roadmaps
- Ensure AI investments translate into operational and business outcomes
- Shape how AI is embedded into core processes and organizational capabilities, * Define and maintain the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business and technology strategy
- Prioritize AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness
- Translate business strategy into structured, executable AI programs and initiatives
- Align stakeholders across business, IT, and data functions on AI direction and investment decisions
- Oversee the lifecycle of AI initiatives from concept through to adoption and value realization
- Identify structural barriers to scaling AI and define mitigation strategies at portfolio level
- Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles are embedded into transformation decisions
- Monitor portfolio performance and adjust prioritization based on outcomes and changing business needs, You will operate in a large, complex, high-tech enterprise environment characterized by:
- Multiple concurrent AI and digital transformation initiatives
- Distributed ownership across business, IT, and data domains
- High expectations around compliance, security, and operational reliability
- Strong pressure to demonstrate measurable business value from AI investments
- International stakeholder landscape across multiple functions and regions
Success definition Success is measured by:
- A coherent and prioritized AI portfolio aligned with enterprise strategy
- AI initiatives that deliver measurable and sustained business value
- Clear decision-making on where to invest, scale, or stop initiatives
- Improved alignment between business objectives and technology execution
- Reduction of fragmented or duplicated AI efforts across the organization
- Effective translation of AI capability into operational transformation
Requirements
You are a senior leader who operates beyond delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, data Leadership, digital transformation, or complex program/portfolio leadership
- Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong experience working with senior executive stakeholders across business and IT
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured portfolios and execution roadmaps

- Can align senior stakeholders around difficult decisions on investment and focus
- Know that adoption and value realization matter more than delivery output
- Bring structure to ambiguity without over-engineering governance or process
