Job description
- Provide day-to-day support for internal IT systems and users
- Maintain and support customer accounts and hosted services
- Assist with user setup, permissions, and account management
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support Microsoft 365 environments including user administration
- Manage and maintain Microsoft licensing and subscriptions
- Carry out routine system checks, updates, and maintenance
- Assist with documentation and internal IT procedures
- Escalate more complex technical issues where required
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, We are looking for a reliable and motivated IT Support Technician to join our team.
This role will involve supporting and maintaining existing IT systems, assisting with internal user management, and helping maintain customer accounts and services. The ideal candidate will have solid all-round IT knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, and a good understanding of Microsoft environments and licensing., * Previous experience in an IT support or technician role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft environments including:
- Windows Desktop & Server
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Exchange Online
- Understanding of Microsoft licensing models and administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with backup solutions
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience supporting small business environments
