This is not a traditional recruitment role.
We are looking for a bright, commercially curious person to support the research, intelligence and operational side of a modern executive search business.
You will help improve how we use AI, data and workflows across research, client delivery and internal operations.
The role combines:

This position would suit a graduate who enjoys problem solving, research, technology and improving how things work.
What You'll Be DoingAI & Workflow Optimisation
- Using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows and research
- Automating the illustration of data
- Helping automate repetitive admin and reporting tasks
- Improving CRM organisation and internal knowledge management
- Researching new AI tools and technologies
- Supporting process improvement projects across the business
Talent Intelligence & Research
- Conducting market mapping and competitor research
- Building talent intelligence reports and candidate longlists
- Analysing hiring trends and team structures
- Turning research into clear commercial insights for clients
Client & Commercial Support
- Supporting the creation of proposals, pitch decks and presentations
- Producing market intelligence reports
- Helping create polished client-facing documents
- Supporting wider business development activity through research and insight
Requirements
Do you have experience in Lead generation?, * Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Analytical and organised mindset
- Interest in AI tools and modern technology
- Comfortable working with data and research
- Good Excel and general productivity tool skills
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
