Data Analyst

The Curve Group - Hinton-in-the-Hedges (Hybrid) 35 hours per week | 2 days onsite, 3 remote

We're looking for a hands-on Data & Reporting Specialist to support reporting, analytics, systems, and automation activity across our business and client portfolio.

This role would suit someone who enjoys owning data and reporting capability, improving processes, and turning business requirements into practical technical solutions., * Develop dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI

• Build and maintain data models, KPIs, and MI reporting
• Support automation workflows using Power Automate
• Assist with system integrations, APIs, and platform configuration
• Ensure data quality, GDPR compliance, and reporting accuracy
• Support SQL data extraction and database activity
• Translate data insights for non-technical stakeholders

Essential

• Strong experience with:

• Power BI
• Power Query
• Power Automate
• SQL

• Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Power Apps and/or Dynamics CRM experience
• Exposure to Python (pandas/matplotlib)
• Understanding of version control/Git
• Experience with HR or recruitment systems
