Job description

This requires great consultancy skills and a deep understanding of the products to be delivered. You will be working collaboratively with clients to understand business processes & requirements, ensuring the delivery of successful, business-critical solutions. As a consultant, you will own the solution implementation including the design, deployment, configuration, and migration of legacy systems and data.
The successful applicant will be experienced and comfortable in project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and adept at maintaining and developing client relationships.
iM Responsible For…
- Providing product expertise on consulting engagements in all stages including planning, analysis and design of cloud-based solutions.
- Assessing customer requirements, clarifying client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business and formulating appropriate solution designs.
- Working with the technical consultancy team in building and deploying solutions in line with design specifications and best practice.
- Creating any client documentation required to support the successful delivery of the engagement.
- Delivering knowledge transfer sessions to customers and other team members.
- Supporting case study development and providing lessons learned feedback to the wider iManage teams.
- Collaborating cross-functionally within iManage to provide insight from the field on our products.
- Understanding and responding to Client questions and concerns in relation to resolution of any business issues through the use of the technology.
Requirements
- 5+ experience in a hands-on client-facing consulting role within the Legal, Professional Services and/or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in computers or related field.
- Experience of iManage Work or similar DMS technology.
- Experience in Enterprise System Deployments and relevant technical deployment/OS skills associated.
- Understanding of the typical functions, dynamics and objectives of large organisations working in the legal and professional services sectors.
- Experience in requirements analysis, template design, delivery quality control and workshop design & delivery.
- Confidence in project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and adept at maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Strong underpinning in cloud-based technologies, supported by an understanding of:
- Networking, security, Windows technologies and solution architecture principles
- Application integration using standard industry interfaces.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop software, SQL and RDMS technologies
- Excellent business analysis skills, including
- Ability to lead design sessions including user group sessions with individual Practice Groups.
- Understand business & product usability.
- Influence outcomes of design sessions to align with product best practices.
Bonus Points If I Have...
- Experience in Cloud Deployments (Multi-tenant enterprise deployments).
- Experience with Citrix/Virtual desktop implementations.
- Experience in formal requirements capture and design notations.
- Networking/ security/ infrastructure design experience.
- Technical experience in Scripting/ development e.g. VB Script, LUA, Python, .Net.
