Insight Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Insight Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across various departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise advanced data analysis tools and techniques to influence business growth and optimise marketing strategies. The Insight Analyst will play a crucial part in transforming raw data into compelling visualisations and reports, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with accurate and timely information., * Extract, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights, reports, and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.

• Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis against internal targets, industry standards, and competitors.

• Improve and automate existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data quality.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong experience in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience with analytical programming languages/tools such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting technical insights to senior stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in data analysis and insight reporting.
