About the company
This business is an international leader in the aerospace, defence and energy markets, employing more than 9,000 people at over 40 manufacturing facilities and regional offices worldwide.
This is not a purely support-focused role - you'll play a key part in developing, integrating, and modernising a large-scale PeopleSoft HCM platform that underpins critical HR processes globally (including payroll, talent acquisition and benefits).
You'll join a small, highly technical international team, working across both BAU and project work, with a strong emphasis on integration development, system enhancement, and improving legacy architecture.
