Job description

You'll provide strategic technical leadership for a multidisciplinary engineering team, shaping the design, development and operation of enterprise tooling. Working across platforms including ServiceNow and cloud environments, you'll ensure systems are scalable, secure and built for the future.

What you'll be doing

  • Set the technical direction for enterprise tooling and platform engineering
  • Lead the design and delivery of integrations, including ServiceNow
  • Drive adoption of modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code)
  • Oversee cloud and infrastructure environments to ensure performance, resilience and security
  • Work closely with architecture, security and delivery teams to align solutions
  • Lead, coach and develop engineering teams to build capability and performance
  • Provide technical input to incident management and service improvement
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, translating complex technical ideas into clear recommendations

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading DevOps, platform or tooling engineering in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code)
  • Experience delivering secure, scalable enterprise integrations (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of cloud and infrastructure environments, including resilience and security
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
  • Experience delivering transformation while maintaining live services
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
