Principal Software Engineer - Java / React

Role Overview:

• Develop back-end and front-end web and mobile solutions
• Work on innovative greenfield projects
• Design scalable, maintainable systems
• Ensure security, accessibility, and usability
• Collaborate with a mission-driven team

• 5+ years' software engineering experience
• Strong Java, React, and React Native skills
• Agile development experience
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps expertise
• Relational databases (e.g. MySQL) knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities, + AWS experience
• Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) familiarity
• Working with sensitive health data
• Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
