Job description

  • Compiling, adapting, maintaining, and updating the content of a scheduling database for warehouse picks and delivery departures, including major variations for procedural changes and planned events.
  • Running a project to attach aluminium barcode plates to transportation vessels and other assets, including:
    • specifying and procuring barcode plates and assorted equipment
    • writing instructions and organizing training
    • logging the work done and producing statistics.
  • Designing and batch-producing labels for products; designing and procuring signs for warehouse locations.
  • Data analysis and process analysis tasks as required, for example:
    • making and distributing monthly statistics on vehicle activity
    • illustrating the movement of goods within the network
    • standardising administrative procedures
    • improving trackers to capture vehicle servicing and fuel consumption more precisely
    • investigating and comparing vehicle maintenance costs to inform decisions on disposal.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Working in the Transport office we are looking for a detail focused individual who can take on the responsibility of Data Analysis for all transport and vehicle administration within our busy fleet team., * 3 Years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a logistics role

  • Good literacy and numeracy are both essential
  • Excellent Communication Skills are essential
  • Must have a can-do attitude
  • Self-motivation and have a drive to succeed and do well is essential in this role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
