Job description
- Compiling, adapting, maintaining, and updating the content of a scheduling database for warehouse picks and delivery departures, including major variations for procedural changes and planned events.
- Running a project to attach aluminium barcode plates to transportation vessels and other assets, including:
-
- specifying and procuring barcode plates and assorted equipment
-
- writing instructions and organizing training
-
- logging the work done and producing statistics.
- Designing and batch-producing labels for products; designing and procuring signs for warehouse locations.
- Data analysis and process analysis tasks as required, for example:
-
- making and distributing monthly statistics on vehicle activity
-
- illustrating the movement of goods within the network
-
- standardising administrative procedures
-
- improving trackers to capture vehicle servicing and fuel consumption more precisely
-
- investigating and comparing vehicle maintenance costs to inform decisions on disposal.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Working in the Transport office we are looking for a detail focused individual who can take on the responsibility of Data Analysis for all transport and vehicle administration within our busy fleet team., * 3 Years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a logistics role
- Good literacy and numeracy are both essential
- Excellent Communication Skills are essential
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Self-motivation and have a drive to succeed and do well is essential in this role
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
