Job description
Currently Next11 Ventures is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support the development of a growing portfolio of software products focused on workforce, operational and AI-enabled systems.
This is an opportunity to join a small, fast-moving team working across multiple live platforms, with direct involvement in both technical delivery and product development.
You will work closely with founders and stakeholders to help design, build and improve applications used within recruitment, workforce management, compliance and operational environments. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack web applications
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop responsive frontend interfaces and user experiences
- Integrate third-party platforms and external systems
- Contribute to product architecture and technical decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple projects

- C# / .NET
- React / Next.js
- REST APIs & integrations
- SQL / relational databases
- Modern AI and automation tooling
Requirements
Experience across all technologies is not essential, however strong full-stack capability and a willingness to learn are important. About You

- Has strong experience with C# /.NET development
- Is comfortable working across both frontend and backend development
- Has experience building modern web applications
- Can work independently and take ownership of projects
